Product Introduction

Screw pump is usually used for supplying mud or slurry to centrifuge in solids control industry with the features of good feeding capacity and stable working pressure. It is the ideal choice to convey the flocculated waste drilling fluid with high viscosity and hard suspended solids because the volume change of sealed cavity formed by screw and stator sucks and discharges the fluid without drastic fluid mixing activity.

The main parts of screw pump are screw shaft and screw shaft bushing. Because of special geometry shape of the two parts, the pump forms pressurize capacity separately, and the waste fluids flow along with the shaft. Slow inner flow speed, remaining capacity and steady pressure make it won’t generate vortex and agitating. Usually shaft of the screw pump is made from stainless steel.
