A5: Mostly, our size is normal, please confirm the size with sales
before order, If you have your own ideal size, please tell us

If we sent size different with before, please contact with sales
soon, we will remark the designs, will post correct size to you or
send you with next order,
Q6: The item I received is broken. What should I do?
A6: Every piece of jewelry is thoroughly inspected before being packed
and is carefully packed before we ship it. Please know that once it
leaves our factory. We are not in charge of the handling through
the shipping service and they may handle the package roughly. We
will do our best to label the package appropriately to avoid any
