Orifice flowmeter is a high range specific differential pressure
flow device which is composed of standard orifice plate and
multi-parameter differential pressure transmitter (or differential
pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter and pressure
transmitter).The throttling device, also called differential
pressure flowmeter, has simple structure, convenient maintenance
and stable performance.
The standard orifice can be used to measure the flow of liquid, gas
and steam in the pipeline.The standard orifice plate can adopt
three kinds of pressure extraction methods: angular contact
(including annulus pressure extraction), flange pressure extraction
or d-d /2 pressure extraction.The standard orifice plates designed,
manufactured and certified by the company do not need to be
calibrated with real flow. The precision is high, the structure is
simple and the manufacturing cost is low.
The standard orifice plate can adopt three kinds of pressure extraction methods: angular contact (including annulus pressure extraction), flange pressure extraction or d-d /2 pressure extraction.Our standard orifice plate without real flow calibration, high precision, simple structure, low manufacture cost, but the pressure loss in all standard throttle device is the largest, do not apply to the requirements of small pressure loss.
1. The standard throttling device is fully used and has been
recognized by the international standards organization. It can be
used without real flow calibration and is unique among flow
sensors.
2. The structure is easy to copy, simple, firm, stable and reliable
in performance and low in price;
3. Wide application range, including all single-phase fluid
(liquid, gas, steam) and partial miscible phase flow. The pipe
diameter and working state (temperature and pressure) of the
general production process can be measured.
4. Test parts and differential pressure display instruments can be
produced by different manufacturers separately, facilitating
specialized scale production.
The standard orifice plate is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, etc, used to measure the liquid and gas in the pipeline, the flow of steam.
