Machine characteristics:

• Adjustable glue roller system applies evenly on the corrugated paper and achieved gluing action. The recycle gluing system is refilled glue in the slot at both gluing rollers by electric glue controller. The glue system prevents wasting glue.
• The advanced suction belt feeding mechanism of the bottom sheet feeder ensure A,B,C,D,E and F flute, single and double wall corrugated paper to be delivered smoothly even at high speed. The surface paper need 200-600 GSM . With top paper advance and alignment function.
• The steel roller through the balanced treatment and test , match the tight assembling to make higher stability . And adopting the timing belt and tooth type belt driving , make the machine running with higher precision and lower noise.
• Self-developed high-strength feeder with high configuration electric system make the machine running stable and lower failure rate, the electric parts adopt international famous brand or well-known Chinese brand.
