Die Cutting Department :

The adjustment of the gap and parallelism in die cutter is as same as the feeding roller adjustment mechanism, with the same adjustment method, the gap size is according to that if the pressing line is clear and whether can smoothly cut off the paper edge in the process of production .
Die cutting knife plate is installed on the lower roller . The upper roll is soft roll, adopting Taiwan MaxDura rubber mat, the cardboard is sent into the middle between wooden plate roller and soft roll by the feeding ring and the lower feeding roller , after finishing printing from the last printing unit . Through the two stressful rollers rotating , die cut the cardboard to the shape and send it out from machine .
Soft roller adopts pneumatic type automatic lifting device, soft roll decline when feeding , and the soft roll raise when stop feeding , to ensure that the rubber mat and blades for longer service life.
Mechanical soft roll can move 40 mm to left and right , equipped with radial differential device, ensure the rubber mat wear is average, can greatly improve the service life of the rubber mat .
Unique differential compensation device, no matter how soft roll diameter change, to ensure that the finished carton is exactly same with the shape of die cutting plate
