1. Quartz Sand Filter (Multi-media Filter, Mechanical filters):
Quartz sand filter can effectively remove suspended solids,
colloidal, iron, organic compounds, pesticides, manganese,
bacteria, viruses and other pollutants. It has a small filtration
resistance, large specific surface area and strong acid and alkali
resistance and oxidation, PH range is 2-13, and good
anti-pollution. Quartz sand filter also has a unique advantage by
optimizing the filter and filter design, implementing operation of
the adaptive filter. Besides it has a strong adaptability of raw
water concentration, operating conditions, pre-treatment process,
that is, automatically form sparse in the top and dense at the
bottom, which is beneficial in all kinds of operating conditions to
ensure water quality. When backflush, quartz sand is fully spread
out so that can have a good cleaning effect. Sand filter with a
fast filtering speed, high filtration precision and interception
capacity and so on.
Quartz sand filter device has a simple structure, large processing
flow, less backflush, high filtration efficiency, easy maintenance

2. Activated Carbon Filter:
Activated carbon filter mainly removes remained chlorine(exceeding
98%) from water with the porous and adsorbing nature of activate
carbon, and can also effectively remove organic, colloid, heavy
metal, pigment and odor. The equipment can be used for the
pre-treatment phase for reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration and ion
exchange system, and can improve the quality of input water of
various water treatment equipments and assure the effective and
stable work of follow-up equipment.
3. Water Softener
Water softener is for hardness reduction, mainly remove Ca2+, Mg2+
from the raw water, but can not remove TDS. As the Calcium &
Magnesium are the main substances for the hardness water, in order
to exchange Ca2+, Mg2+(main component of scale), cation
exchanger(softener) is needed. After running for a long time, resin
shall be regenerated by sodium chloride(NaCl).
Reaction equation of softening (R is resin):
2RNa+Ca2+=R2Ca+2Na+ 2RNa+Mg2+=R2Mg+2Na+
Reaction equation of regeneration:
R2Ca+2NaCl=2RNa+CaCl2 R2Mg+2NaCl=2RNa+MgCl2
4. Removing iron and manganese Filter
The iron removal manganese filter is mainly used in the groundwater
removal of iron and manganese in the high iron and manganese area.
This equipment adopts the aeration oxidation, manganese sand
catalysis, adsorption and filtration of iron and manganese removal
principle, using aeration device will dissolve in the water, oxygen
in the air and water Fe 2 + and Mn 2 + oxidized to Fe3 + and MnO2
insoluble in water, coupled with the catalysis of natural manganese
sand, the water adsorption, filtering Fe Mn ions removal.
Iron manganese oxidation reaction is as follows:
Iron oxidation: 4Fe2++3O2+6H2O=4Fe(OH)3, Manganese sand:
MnOMn2O7+4Fe2++2O2+6H2O=3MnO2 +4Fe(OH)3 ;
Manganese oxide:Mn2++O2=MnO2,Manganese sand: Mn2++MnO2·H2O=
MnO2·MnOH2O+2H+
Material of construction and system control:
