Overview
With the continuous development and progress of society, my
country's urban power grid has undergone tremendous changes. Most
cities have formed or are forming more power load-intensive areas.
The power supply from the substation 12/24kV line (or branch line)
to the direct user in the past can no longer meet the requirements
of urban development. Therefore, a new power supply method has
emerged to supply power to users through the switch. However, with
the increasing density of cities, some of the original civil
construction switch has been restricted by land and urban planning,
so a more advanced and practical outdoor intelligent switch
(outdoor ring network cabinet) has emerged. This switch does not
require civil construction and occupies a small area. The
configuration is very flexible, the power supply method is more
reliable, the construction, installation, and commissioning time
are greatly shortened, and the overall cost is reduced.
With the development of modern industry, the degree of automation
and intelligence of electrical control equipment is getting higher
and higher. It has become an inevitable trend and development
direction to integrate the monitoring, protection, control and
metering of power equipment under normal and accident conditions by
using modern electronic technology, sensor technology,
communication technology and computer network technology to achieve
good management.
Intelligent switchgear (Outdoor Ring Main Unit) adopts and draws on
advanced foreign technology, and installs and debugs 12/24kV
switchgear, circuit breakers, load switches, current and voltage
transformers, 12/24kV power PT, switchgear FTU, RTU, communication
control terminal (CCU), 12/24kV metering and automatic meter
reading, USP power supply and indicating instruments into a
movable, sealed and moisture-proof stainless steel box, thus
realizing the integration of primary and secondary systems in urban
distribution networks and modular assembly, shortening the
construction period and greatly improving the reliability of urban
power grid operation.
