Application

Turbine oil vacuum oil filter is mainly used for treating unqualified turbine oil, especially for treating seriously emulsified turbine oil. It can quickly and efficiently remove water, gas and impurities in the oil, so that the quality indexes of oil can meet the new oil standards and ensure the safe operation of the turbine set. This machine adopts special polymer material as medium, integrating demulsification, dehydration and impurity removal, combining with vacuum separation technology, it can demulsification, dehydration, acid removal and impurity removal online, so that the seriously turbidified turbine oil becomes clear and transparent. It is an ideal equipment for on-line processing of turbine oil, low viscosity lubricating oil and hydraulic oil.

Description

The turbine oil vacuum oil filter is designed to adapt to the lubricating oil system of steam turbine units in power plants, thermal power companies and other industrial and mining enterprises. It is operated synchronously with the unit for bypass purification of turbine oil, or used in the form of mobile purification of turbine oil. It is developed to effectively control particulate (especially 15-1 μ m) pollutants and water, gas and other pollutants in the process of steam turbine oil circulation. The whole machine adopts vacuum atomization condensation, dry expansion, molecular adsorption, mechanical filtration, automatic fuzzy control and other technology combination - type design. The oil filter device has many functions such as fine filtration, dehydration and degassing, demulsification, acid removal and decolorization, so that the emulsified turbine oil can be demulsified and transparent, reaching the operation standard of steam turbine oil. It can also be used to clean the main tank, pour and heat the oil when the oil is flushed. The vacuum oil filter of turbine oil can be used as an auxiliary tool of large flow flushing device to improve the working efficiency and quality of oil flushing.


Features

  • Three-stage gradual filtration system, imported filter material (HPM) filter element, high precision, long life, repeated use without replacement completely filter impurities in the oil. The filter element has the characteristics of high filtration accuracy, large scale capacity, small resistance and long service life, etc., which constitute a reliable solid pollutant filtering system to ensure the cleanliness of oil and meet the operating standards of steam turbine oil in the power industry (users can operate in 1, 3, 5, 10/> 10μ m multi-specification filter element - stainless steel filter element with less than or more than three groups of filter element combination). No plate and frame type oil filter needs frequent replacement of filter paper, and there will be no waste of turbine oil in use.
  • Water demulsification system, using polymer and polymer material, can quickly demulsification L, separation of normal water in oil, make dehydration more thorough, higher efficiency; Special coalescing separation filter element can be used to achieve more efficient water removal rate for the unit with serious water inflow.
  • The combination of aggregation separation and three-dimensional complex flash evaporation can quickly and thoroughly remove water and gas in oil.
  • Low temperature oil treatment technology can completely remove the water in the oil to ensure that the oil pressure value is up to standard.
  • Backwash system is set for quick backwash of easily blocked filter element to ensure normal and continuous purification and avoid manual disassembly and cleaning.
  • Using the infrared automatic controller developed by our company, the equipment can control the solenoid valve to automatically enter oil, oil pump to automatically discharge oil, so that the oil level in the vacuum tank is automatically in a relative balance state.
  • Through the infrared level controller to the level signal detection analysis interlock control heating device, prevent the heating device caused by any reason dry burning.
  • The balanced heating system ensures that the oil is heated evenly and the heating rate is fast, without causing local carbonization of the oil.
  • Fuzzy regional heating control, can automatically control the heating system according to the set temperature, heating critical point without turbulence, heating more stable, more balanced.
  • Digital display intelligent temperature controller, can set the upper and lower limits of heating temperature, stable control, more intuitive temperature display. The temperature probe directly detects the oil temperature, which is sensitive and accurate without hysteresis.
  • For the equipment with large heating power, group control heating or multi-step heating and independent control of multi-temperature controller are adopted. Group heating can be selective input according to the actual situation of the site; Multi-stage cascade heating can automatically control the heating power input according to the setting and timely oil temperature, not only can the full power rapid heating when the oil temperature is low, but also can automatically keep the oil temperature at low power when the oil temperature reaches the preset temperature, so that the equipment is more energy saving, while avoiding the oil temperature overheating and carbonization.

  • Dehydration (Degas) System
  • The vacuum vessel can enlarge evaporation area efficiently. The heater, being placed on the vacuum vessel, becomes an evaporator. Thus the evaporation area of vacuum vessel is three times more than that of the ordinary vacuum vessel. This innovation can dehydrate and degas effectively and efficiently.
  • The optimal structure of the dehydration (degas) system enlarges the surface area of oil exposed to the vacuum system and extends the flowing distance of the oil in the vacuum system. Thus there has sufficient time to remove the moisture and gas from the oil by vaporization.
  • Filtering System
  • The filtering materials with variable apertures are made of specialized glass fiber. The sizes of the filtering fiber and aperture dwindle gradually in the different filtering stages. The impurities with different particulate sizes are filtered step by step. The capability of removing particulate matters and impurities is improved greatly by this method.
  • The filtering system has stable and perfect filtering fineness. The filtering fineness has several grades, including 1, 2,3,4,5,6,10 µm etc. Oil β≥1000 after filter.
  • The filtering system is equipped with reverse rinse and filth device. It improves the effectiveness of filtering and extends the lifetime of filter awfully.
  • Oil heating System
  • The unique heater structure heats the oil uniformly.
  • Oil Heater System assures less than 1.0 w/cm². During the heating process, the deterioration of the oil caused by overheating is avoided.
  • The oil temperature can be adjusted between 20℃ to 80℃.The heater is controlled manually or automatically. The heater will stop automatically when the oil temperature reaches a certain degree.
  • Being installed with safety protection devices, the heating system is secure and reliable. The heater will stop operation automatically when the oil volume of inlet is too low to avoid the damages of the heater.
  • Electrical Apparatus controlling System
  • The main components of the electrical apparatus made by Schneider, Siemens and so on ensure the safety of the controlling system.
  • Having several protection systems which will avoid oil ejection, overload and over voltage etc.
  • Oil-level Controlling System
  • The oil-level floating ball or infrared liquid level automatic controller system are installed in the vacuum vessel to control the oil level so as to avoid the oil being suctioned into vacuum pump in the operation.

Working Principle

The design of turbine oil vacuum oil filter is based on the boiling point of water and oil. It is composed of main filter, heating system, fine filter, condenser, vacuum tank, fine filter, water tank, vacuum pump, discharge pump and electric cabinet. The vacuum pump extracts the air in the vacuum tank to form a vacuum, the outer oil acts as atmospheric pressure, through the intake pipe into the main filter to remove the large particles, and then into the heating tank. After heating, such as 40 ~ 75°C, the oil enters the vacuum tank through the solenoid valve, which can automatically control the amount of oil in and out of the vacuum tank balance. The heated oil turns into oil mist into the vacuum tank, and the water in the oil rapidly evaporates into steam sprayers, which are sucked into the condenser of the vacuum pump. The water vapor passes through the condenser back to liquid water and discharge. The gas in the oil is quickly removed by a vacuum pump. After the vacuum tank, the oil goes through a fine filter to separate the particles from the impurities, and then the clean oil is discharged.


Guarantees & documentation

SINO-NSH Warrants the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of sixteen (16) months from date of shipment or twelve (12) months after the start up of the system. SINO-NSH’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing, without charge F.O.B. point of manufacture, a similar part to replace any part, which was proven to be defective within warranty period. SINO-NSH shall not in any event be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages. The performance guarantee will be within limitations as detailed in duty & performance paragraph of this specification.
