Recommended Dilution:

Storage
PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3. Store at -20oC. Store at 4°C for a month, for one year store at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01 M PBS or diluent of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.​

​Background

This gene encodes one of the three enolase isoenzymes found in mammals. This isoenzyme, a homodimer, is found in mature neurons and cells of neuronal origin. A switch from alpha enolase to gamma enolase occurs in neural tissue during development in rats and primates.
