FFU is an abbreviation for English, the full name is Fan Filter Units, which means "fan filter unit (unit)". That is, a fan and a filter (HEPA) or Ultra High Efficiency Filter (ULPA) are combined to form a self-powered end purification device. Specifically, it is a self-contained, modular end air supply with filtering efficiency. The fan draws in air from the top of the FFU and filters it through HEPA. The filtered clean air is evenly sent out over the entire wind surface at a wind speed of 0.45 m/s ± 20%.
FFU has long working hours, low noise, maintenance-free, low
vibration, stepless speed regulation, uniform wind speed and easy
installation.
FFU can be used in modular connection, making FFU widely used in
clean rooms, dust-free operating tables, dust-free production
lines, assembled clean rooms and local 100-level applications. The
FFU has an initial and high efficiency two-stage filter. The fan
draws in air from the top of the FFU and filters it through the
primary and high-efficiency filters. The filtered clean air is sent
out at a constant speed of 0.45M/S±20% on the entire outlet
surface. It provides high quality clean air for clean rooms and
micro-environments of different sizes and cleanliness levels. In
the new clean room and clean workshop renovation, it can improve
the cleanliness level, reduce noise and vibration, and greatly
reduce the cost, easy installation and maintenance, and is an ideal
component for clean environment.
