Medium to higher efficiency, MERV 10-15, are available in a variety of pockets and depths. Depending on the air quality application and the air supply system, these filters provide extended life and fine particle collection. MERV 10-15 medium to high efficiencies make this an excellent primary or final filter. The opening is supported by a header which is sealed to the pockets to prevent leaks and allows lower air flow resistance. Pocket edges are sealed with stitching and glue or by ultrasonic welding
Bag-style medium-efficiency filter with its unique bag structure ensures that the air flow is evenly filled with the entire bag. The unique hot-melt technology prevents over-squeezing or leakage between the bags, which reduces resistance and maximizes dust holding capacity. The reinforced "bag support grille" prevents the filter from shrinking or bending under extreme operating conditions.
The medium-efficiency bag filter can be used as an ideal medium-efficiency filter for use in environments with high humidity, high airflow, and high dust loads. The spacers channel the air entering the pocket, which result in a lower pressure drop and lower energy costs.
Synthetic media rated at ASHRAE 65% (MERV 11).
Non-shedding fibers are specifically intended to resist moisture and chemicals.
