Features:
This machine is dedicated to large area network version of the
emulsion coating with high precision. The machine can be set
through the automatic operation, do not need skilled technical
personnel can make high quality precision screen. In the mechanical
specifications within the allowable range of any size, any material
net box all can apply.
Main characteristic
1. The machine is controlled by PLC, through the touch screen,data
of all function can be setted in advance, shows with numerical
value, it's easy for operation. Can make the high precision screen
without skillful technician.
2. Foot switch control the pressure clamp to load and unload the
frame which is easy for holding the frame by hands.
3. The coating thickness can be controlled by setted the coating
pressure and coating times (4 ~ 35μ)
4. It can coating front and back side separately or two sides at
the same time, and the coating times for front and back sides can
be adjusted independence.
5. The up and down speed of coating speed in two sides all can be
adjusted stepless change.
6. Before finishing to coating, it can turn the angle of the scrape
tank and leave the frame about 15mm, and no need to coating the
edge of the screen;
7. Adopt the best scrape tank which ensure the emulsion can be
coated in screen equally;
8. The bottom tank is stainless steel which avoid the emulsion
dropping,conveniently clean and keep the machine clean; the coating
head is deal with
9. It has the buzzer, when the coating is finished, it rings;
10.All pneumatic elements are from Japanese SMC, which make the
machine run stably and low noise.
