• Micro Welding

  The laser micro spot welding is mostly used for welding components and micro wires. Our laser micro welding can achieve the welding spot of 0.25mm, and more than 0.1mm for welding micro wire and apply inert gas for protection to prevent the oxidation of the welding area.

  
  

  Micro spot welding often refers to the use of welding using insignificant energy, for which the materials are tiny and precise control of the welding area can be achieved by microscope, CCD or other auxiliary equipment.

  There are two kinds of welding manners: contact and non-contact. Laser welding belongs to non-contact welding. It is one of the commonly used welding manners for medical devices.

  
  Laser welding has a small heat-affected zone, small deformation and a fast welding speed among other advantages. It is a method of connecting different metals through high-speed low distortion, such as welding of 304 and 304L stainless steel, titanium and other metal materials.

  The resistance micro spot welding is mostly used for welding of micro wires. We have the ability to weld micro wires of 0.1mm, with minimum solder up to 0.05mm, and apply inert gas for protection to prevent the oxidation of the welding area.
