Description
The expansion shells are designed to be used for roof support in
mining and tunneling areas (underground). Easy to use in
conjunction with the corresponding threaded rod with a continuous
coarse thread, anchor plate and anchor nut.
Expansion shells hold in any rock strata which is sufficiently
competent to provide an adequate anchorage.
They are designed to anchor in soft ground or hard rock.
In good strata the anchorage exceeds the ultimate strength of the
steel bolt.
All expansion shells require a competent strata in the anchor zone.
The suitability of the anchorage and the specific expansion shell
to be used is best determined by physical load testing.

How long can I expect to get the customized sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, and
the mould is existing in our factory, the samples will be ready in
10-15 working days;
If the mould is not existing, we need to open a new mould, the
samples will be ready in 15-18 working days; The samples will be
sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 working days. You can use
your own express account number or prepay us if you do not have an
account.
What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it largely depends on the order quantity and the season when you place the order. As usual, 20-35 working days will be OK. If you are very urgent, we will try our best to do it.
