5.How to do Reflow soldering machine maintenance ?

Maintenance of reflow soldering shell: wipe the surface of the machine with a soft cloth

Reflow soldering track maintenance: visually inspect the chain for jitter and deformation.

Reflow soldering fan maintenance: Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust from each exhaust port on the casing.

Maintenance of reflow soldering screw: Check if there are any debris on the width adjustment wire and clean it.

Clean the reflow sensor: Use a soft cloth to wipe off the dust on the front and rear sensors of the furnace.

Reflow soldering conveyor belt maintenance: Use an oil dripper to add high-temperature oil to the conveyor chain, the amount is 12~2/3 of the oil bottle volume per chain
