Comparison with traditional cleaning:
1. Manual air gun
- The efficiency of manual cleaning is low, the surface and lumen of suction nozzle cannot be cleaned, and the inner hole is easy to be damaged by steel wire poke;
- The cleaning effect is different;
- The use of cleaning solution and alcohol may cause the reflection layer to fall off.
2. Ultrasonic cleaning
- Low cost and high efficiency;
- During the cleaning process, it is easy to cause the collision between the suction nozzles, resulting in the damage or fall off of the black coating on the surface;
- The cleaning solution causes damage to the surface coating of the suction nozzle and greatly shortens the service life of the suction nozzle;
- The surface and lumen of suction nozzle cannot be completely cleaned;
- For the latest 01005 and 0201 nozzles, they can not be cleaned very well, mainly because the inner hole of the nozzle is too small, which will cause the vacuum bubble to be produced and cannot be discharged during ultrasonic cleaning, so the cleaning is not clean.

A. For the actual speed of the machine which is constrained by many factors,
that related to the number of the components, the time to send PCB board
and receive the board that will have influence on the speed when in production, and is decide for the actual products and needs.
Q.Can I use CIF price?
A. CIF price need add the freight and insurance fee, while for the part of EXW which is cheaper and convenient factor as a suitable price for both sides.
