Yinma provides a one-year free warranty and lifetime service for the whole machine or project of the inkjet printer, traceability system and other products .

1. For products that implement the domestic market price (FOB), Yinma Company is only responsible for domestic delivery, installation and commissioning, training, etc. For the inkjet coding equipment, laser equipment, etc. used abroad, Yinma will provide telephone guidance. Accessories can enjoy domestic prices, but the freight is self-care.
2. For the direct-exporting coding equipment, yinma services shall be implemented in accordance with the terms of service agreed by both parties.
3. If foreign customers need, Yinma can provide overseas services. The fee is: USD 150/day + transportation fee + travel expenses.
4. The accessories required for equipment maintenance shall be charged according to domestic maintenance standards.
