On Floor Dynamic Pass Box Pass Through Window with CE UL for pharmaceutical factory
Dynamic Passbox is equipped with an air shower function, which offers an effective way to remove surface-deposited particles from large materials as you transfer them into the clean room. Depending on its application for pharmaceutical or semiconductor, the airflow velocity and nozzle can be adjustable.
Interlocking doors prevent unnecessary contamination inflow and thereby prevent cross-contamination of the cleanroom. They automatically release in the event of a power failure. A low noise motor is used in dynamic passbox to make the working environment more quite, as well as bringing longer service life.

1. Outer and Inner Dimension. The outer dimension should be decided according to clean room design, while the inner dimension is for the operation area.
2. The dynamic passbox is suit for the transmission happened from lower cleanliness environment to higher cleanliness environment. If the transmission happens between same cleanliness, static passbox is recommended.
3. The direction of door opening should be considered according to the position of passbox.
4. SUS 304 is recommended for the casing of passbox.5. If the transfer cart is required in clean room, the
floor-mounted passbox is recommended.
