The LJLX01 freezer is used for short-term cooling and heating of
the spreading gun of the sealant spreader without cleaning and
cleaning the spreading gun. The use of this machine can reduce the
waste of sealant for cleaning guns, reduce production costs, and
greatly improve work efficiency.
The LJLX01 freezer is one of the auxiliary equipment for the

The Freezer adopts the most advanced America Refrigerating system,
the core component (scroll compressor) of which is with the
features of high efficiency, low noise, high reliability, and so
on. The operator can adjust the work parameter at any time, and the
temperature status of cold and hot barrel is showed clear on the
screen.
Structural Feature and Function
The LJLX01 Freezer is comprised of stander, refrigerating unit,
refrigerating barrel, heating barrel, electric control system and
so on.
The refrigerating of antifreeze is completed by the combination of
refrigerating unit and refrigerating barrel.
There is a commercial so called refrigerant in the storage tank of
compressor unit, it is colorless gas in normal temperature, but
under the pressure of itself, it is colorless liquid. The
compressor compresses the refrigerant with high pressure when it is
in gas status, then; it comes through the condenser and releases
heat by means of cooling fin, at last, condensed to liquid status.
Due to the liquid refrigerant losses the pressure from condenser
after it passes through the capacity tube, it becomes gaseous
immediately when it comes through the evaporator on the outside of
refrigerating barrel. As liquid will lower temperature when it
becomes gaseous, at the same time, absorbs the latent heat from the
anti-freeze in the barrel, thereby, low the refrigerant’s
temperature. Then, the gaseous refrigerant in the evaporator will
be forced back to condenser by compressor and becomes liquid. This
cycle repeats again and again to take away the heat of anti-freeze.
