1 . Descriptions:

Although there is no essential difference between outdoor sportswear and homewear, due to the two characteristics of outdoor and sports, the requirements for clothing are relatively strict and demanding. Professional outdoor sportswear such as assault suits are mainly for alpine sports such as mountaineering and skiing. In addition to the physical and technical requirements of the participants, outdoor sports also require outdoor clothing to adapt to the harsh weather and complex geographical environment to ensure the personal safety of the athletes.

This fabric is 100% polyester.The yarn count is 75*50+30. We finish this fabric dyed and TPU membrane.So this fabric is waterproof and has shape handfeel. According to your special requirements, we can do many finishing like bonding, cire,lamination and etc.Also this fabric has many choices of color.

3 . About Outdoor Fabric:

Outdoor sports have large calories and sweat evaporation. It requires good heat dissipation and breathability. The field is inevitably exposed to wind and rain, and the clothing must have certain waterproof performance. Outdoor sports hope to reduce the load and clothing as much as possible. The mountain is cold, the wind and warmth performance requirements are high, the outdoor washing conditions are limited, the clothing has high requirements for antibacterial, deodorant and anti-staining, the field is rock climbing and the forest is required to wear, and the clothing is required to have good tensile and tear resistance. The requirements are very demanding from the perspective of textile technology, and even many indicators are mutually contradictory. Any single natural or chemical fiber can't meet these requirements, and can only achieve these functions through the combination of multiple fibers and multi-channel chemical finishing.

The printing and dyeing factory color dyeing must be within the acceptance range, the quality of the cloth is qualified, and the other is to talk about important physical properties:

• seam slip: American standard test ASTMD434, according to the specific requirements of different varieties of fabrics (the strength of the joints, affecting the slip of the garment joints).
• shrinkage rate: American standard test AATCC-135 requires 3% (when the shrinkage rate exceeds 3%, affecting the size of the clothing wearing several times of washing).
• light fastness: American standard test AATCC-16E requirements: specific lamp 20 hours of exposure to 4, 40 hours of exposure 3 (this requirement is relatively high, white and sensitive color and nylon elastic cloth due to its own defects and technology Difficulties, to achieve this indicator has a certain difficulty; mainly resistant to sunlight, generally wearing outdoor clothing in skiing, hiking outdoor sports to prevent sun exposure is not easy to change color, in case of danger, its eye-catching clothing color, waiting for rescue convenience).
• rubbing color fastness: American standard test AATCC-8 requirements: dry grinding 4, wet grinding 3. (This requires the degree of fading of the fabric).
• water color fastness: American standard test AATCC-107 requirements: color change 4, stained 3 levels. (This requirement is to judge the discoloration and staining grade by cotton, nylon, polyester, wool, acrylic, vinegar, etc.).
• machine wash color fastness: American standard test AATCC-61-2A requirements: color change 4, stained 3 levels. (This requirement is to judge the discoloration and staining grade by cotton, nylon, polyester, wool, acrylic, vinegar, etc.).
• color fastness to perspiration: American standard test AATCC-15 requirements: color level 4, staining level 3. (This requirement is to judge the discoloration and staining grade by cotton, nylon, polyester, wool, acrylic, vinegar, etc.).
