Specifications

Bevel Type

We have standard beveling tools of 5°,10°,20°,30°,37° and also can customize the tools.

We have several bevel type: v-shaped, y-shaped, compound shaped, compound j-shaped as well as j-shaped. Customized tools can be provided for processing bevels of other angles.

Standard Configuration

We have standard configuration for the shipped machine. In addition to packaged SFM machine, we will give you relevant motor, cutting and beveling tools according to your drive mode and choice. We will have a set of tools to help use the machine such as rubber hammer, spray bottle, square and wrench set. Moreover we will have relevant documents to support you such as operating manual, certificate of conformity and u-disk. If you have other demands, we will try to meet your demands.

Storage

■ Clean the dust, debris and accumulated oil or grease on the machine;

■ Inject some lubricating oil to the oil injection hole of the machine, and run the motor for some time to lubricate internal components;

■ Paint or apply a thin layer of anti-corrosion lubricating oil on surfaces that have not be completed or painted;

■ Store the machine in a storage case, and put all components in corresponding compartments;

■ The storage case shall be stored indoors as far as possible and kept dry.
