Clutch & Hand Braking
The engine's power is transferred by the clutch to the outer cone-shaped block, which moves synchronously through the pulley (or elastic coupling device). The clutch has a middle position called the disengagement position.
Please note that the clutch contains two bearings, namely 6205-2Z and 51110. It is advisable to replace them every 1000 hours or based on the actual operation. Remember to fill them with lithium grease before assembling.
Gearbox
The gearbox has three main sections, namely shift, brake and deceleration. The shift section uses high precision carburizing gear to transform the power to three forward gears and one reverse gear. The power is then passed to the clutch shaft through the reduction gear. The overrunning clutch is used as the machine's brake, with automatic braking function.
