These pulleys are perfect for stringing the pilot rope into and out of a helicopter effortlessly. Automatically, the pilot rope is positioned precisely in the central wheel, while specialized guides make sure the rope is kept in the correct position during the process. Both the central wheel and lateral wheels are made out of resilient, lightweight aluminum alloy, mounted onto ball bearings. The inner groove lining of the lateral wheels consists of a flexible neoprene ring, while the groove of the central wheel is built of durable, replaceable nylatron sectors. The frame is made of galvanized steel, that is corrosion and rust resistant for increased reliability and durability, and the pulleys are equipped with a fixed connection device as standard. Additionally, grounding device or complete conductive sheaves are available upon request.
