Product Overview
The RCA tape wear test machine is designed for testing mobile
phones, PDAs, MP3 players, CD machines, laptop computers, and
various surface coatings. With adjustable loads of 275g, 175g, and
55g, the machine performs rolling tests using paper or tape to rub
against samples for a specified number of revolutions to evaluate
wear resistance effects.
Operating Instructions
- Roll paper or oil-free tape against the sample for a specified number of revolutions to determine wear resistance
- For softer materials, reduce the load to 55g or 175g
- Two sample fixing methods available for selection
- Equipped with lamp magnifying glass for detailed inspection
- LCD display counter with range of 0-999,999 (configurable test cycles)
