Equipment Overview

The machine processes entire rolls of fabric through automated unwinding, folding, hemming, and nose bridge integration. It utilizes ultrasonic welding for sealing and cutting operations, with final earband welding completed at dedicated stations before finished masks are conveyed to collection belts.
