Use of drill pipe
DTH drill tubes are used for connecting DTH hammer and DTH button
bits; they are made from seamless tubes. Tubes play a significant
role in all DTH drilling, regardless of application, rock type,
hole depth or drill rig. The key features of a high quality DTH
tube are durability, accuracy and manageability. According to
different application, different diameters of drill tubes are
needed, basically, smaller DTH hammers need smaller DTH drill
tubes, vice avers. Usually we are offering 50mm, 60mm, 76mm, 89mm,
etc. ALL DTH drill tubes are friction welded, and usually the
threads are standard API connections,like23/8" API REG thread, 3
1/2" API REG thread or API IF thread, etc. According to customers
request, from 1000mm to 5000mm length of tubes are available.
What aspects should we pay attention to in the drilling process of
water well drilling rig
Bit plays a very important role in the drilling of water well
drilling rig, but the quality of a bit directly affects the
efficiency and quality of water well drilling. Therefore, in the
selection process, we should pay attention to the selection and use
of lower bit. When we are operating the drill bit, we must pay
attention to several aspects in order to better production and
operation.
1. After the drilling structure of the drill bit of the water well
drilling rig is drilled, the central drilling tool needs to be
replaced in time. First, the hole bottom needs to be cleaned, and
then the residue at the hole bottom needs to be blown away. After
the drill bit stops rotating, the drilling tool in the water well
drilling rig can be lifted up slowly. When the lifting force is
just enough to lift the drilling tool, it is the most appropriate.
2. During the drilling process, the drill bit of the water well
drilling rig shall be summarized. It is also necessary to carefully
observe the follow-up situation of the casing, timely understand
the specific situation in the hole, and keep the hole clean when
necessary. Moreover, the drill bit in the water well drilling rig
shall not be pulled out by force during the drilling process.
3. Sometimes there will be more residual rock slag at the bottom of
the hole of the water well drilling rig, and the rotating part of
the eccentric bit will be stuck by the rock slag, which will affect
its retraction and production. At this time, it is necessary to
transport air pressure, clean the hole again, make the DTH hammer
work in a short time, and then lift the central drilling tool
again.
