Knitted wire mesh filters / gasket is manufactured by best quality
raw material and advanced technology in accordance with defined
international industrial quality standard. The raw materials of
knitted wire mesh gasket are mainly stainless steel wire or tinned
copper steel wire. The metal wires are knitted by the circle
knitting machine to form a knitted mesh. The knitted mesh is soft
but stable and durable.
Knitted wire mesh filters / gasket is a universal EMC gasket for
EMI and RFI shielding. It is widely used in the magnetic and
electrical fields including EMP.
Our knitted wire EMI shielding meshes filters are available in four
basic wire types – Monel, Aluminium, TCS (Tinned Copper-clad Steel)
and Stainless Steel. Each has it's own specific characteristics but
TCS is generally regarded as the most suitable for EMP (low
frequency) shielding.
