1. Material characteristics
Conductive rubber formula
Anti static rubber soles are usually made by compounding conductive
carbon black, metal fibers, or ion conductive agents with natural
rubber or synthetic rubber (such as nitrile rubber, chloroprene
rubber). These additives can form a conductive network, giving the
sole a stable resistance value (usually in the range of 10 ⁶~10 ⁹
Ω, in compliance with international ESD standards).
Wear resistance and chemical resistance
The sole material needs to have high wear resistance to adapt to
frequent walking in industrial environments; At the same time, it
should be resistant to oil, acid, and alkali to avoid a decrease in
conductivity due to contact with chemical substances.
Flexibility and Comfort
By optimizing the rubber formula, the sole can balance flexibility
and support, reducing fatigue from prolonged standing or walking.
2. Anti static principle
Electrostatic discharge path
When the human body generates static electricity due to friction,
the sole of the shoe discharges the static electricity through the
following paths:
Human body → anti-static socks/insoles → rubber sole → ground
(grounding system)
The conductivity of the sole ensures that static electricity is
quickly conducted to the ground, avoiding accumulation.

Full bottom conductive structure
The sole of the shoe is made of conductive rubber as a whole,
rather than local conductive sheets, to ensure that static
electricity at any position can be evenly removed and avoid "blind
spots".
