The deformation testing has been done to ensure the rigidity and excellent bending-resistance. The guide rail is with large span section, and the spindle is much closer with support rail to increase the column rigidity.

For the base, Taesin Double Column CNC Machining Center has bigger span in the base to ensure high rigidity and smooth performance. Saddle is made wider and thicker than traditional to improve the ability to do heavy cutting and processing.
