Taesin CNC Vertical Machining Center has pyramid structure, which has many advantages: rigid, strong, no deformation and etc. This pyramid structure has special design, each side can be supported from other two against lateral pressures, which can ensure the structure keep in good condition when machining. With this design, the machine is not easy to bend, deform and change shape.

Taesin CNC Vertical Machining Center use EU Class-P standard linear guide ways for heavy loading, also with fast traverse speed and highly precise positioning. This column is also rib-reinfornced for providing strong stucture and support for headstock. For improving heavy loading capabiliy and stability, the CNC Vertical Machining Center is equipped with super-wide base, box-type column and wider saddle base.

For increasing traverse rate and processing precision, the CNC Vertical Machining Center use 6 sliders, high quality ball screws and linear ways, which can provide 60% higher stability.
