Provides eight STM-1 optical interfaces.
Supports transparent transmission of overheads.
Supports the test on performance such as optical power, laser bias current and bit error.
Supports the SOH processing and supports all the defined SOH bytes (such as A1, A2, J0, B1, B2, S1, M1, H1, H2, H3, E1, E2, F1, D1 to D12, K1 and K2).Supports monitoring of the higher order path overheads (such as J1, B3, C2 and G1).
Supports the equipment loopback and line loopback tests.
