4.5 Filling rope pay-off stand:
4.5.1. The filling rack is used for filling the cables in the

4.6 Sector collection device
4.6.1 Mainly used for milliken conductors to cabling

4.6.5 With a wire guide roller at the outgoing wire end, The
clearance between the pressure rollers is adjustable.
4.6.6 Working principle of this system: Based on the measured data
of the sector monitoring device from the linear monitoring
component, it is feedback to the PLC. The PLC controls the forward
and reverse actions of each group of wire cabling to obtain the
correct cable angle of the sector cable. Theis system has an over
limit protection function, which means that when the correction
angle limit is exceeded during the production process, the entire
machine will automatically stop and brake, and a prompt will be
displayed on the HMI.
4.7 Assembling wire board
4.7.1 The assembing board is composed of 5 sets of molds, with a
center hole and multiple filling holes, equipped with a movable
base, and the screw rod is adjusted forward and backward of the
cable travel.
4.7.2 All 5 sets of molds are equipped with adjustable sector
pressure wheel groups, which are used for positioning when cabling.
