Each section of the stranding cage is driven by a separate AC motor
through a special gearbox, which can rotate left and right.
Strand cage structure: The entire strand body is double-supported
on the front and rear support frames, with a seamless steel pipe
support in the middle. After welding, the overall frame is annealed
at high temperature, aged, and cooled naturally after 72 hours.
Tension form: mechanical friction control, tension size is manually
adjustable
The loading and unloading reel uses a worm gear mechanism to drive
the telescopic tip, with the help of a nut gun. After the wire reel
is clamped, it has a mechanical stop function to effectively ensure
safe and reliable loading of the wire reel.
Wire-break parking: The system uses pulse-type wire-break
protection to control each reel. The DXJ fully automatic detection
device can stop the machine in time when a wire is broken or the
wire is used up, and prompts show on the touch screen.
Protective fence: Equipped with a double-sided wall fixed
protective net, made of porous plates and rectangular square tubes
welded.
Loading reel tool: Each stranding cage is equipped with a set of
loading tray lifting and turning tools
Single wire pre-former: Each section of stranding cage is equipped
with a set of single wire preforming device. The single wire
preforming device is used for round single wire stranding to ensure
that the single wire is not loose after the conductor section is
disconnected after stranding.
Close wire die holder and Compacted head
Each section of stranding cage is equipped with a closing wire die
rack, Adjustable distance forward and backward
The closing wire device can complete forming or drawing one time

Mechanical structure meter counter. It consists of two rollers
placed horizontally on the linear track bearing to compress the
wire through springs. Both rollers can move freely and adaptively
adjust the size of the wire. The inlet and outlet are equipped with
guide rollers.
Electronic meter counting function. The meter length is displayed
on the touch screen of the human-machine interface. It also has a
stop function when the meter is reached. The required production
length can be input on the human-machine interface. After reaching
the production task, the whole machine can automatically stop and
prompt on the human-machine interface.

The traction wheel structure is double wheels and double active
wheels. The traction motor drives the small gear after decelerating

Electric lifting, clamping and relaxing the reel. It has wire reel
clamping protection, extreme protection and traverse terminal

The take-up adopts AC variable frequency motor and is controlled by
the frequency converter. The take-up tension is stable and
adjustable.
The cable arrangement speed tracks the take-up speed, the cable
arrangement pitch is infinitely adjustable, and has a quick
arrangement function.

The electrical control part consists of a power cabinet and an
operation cabinet, and corresponding control buttons are installed
in each unit. After the control system is connected to Ethernet, it
can remotely upgrade and update the operating system, query fault
codes, and perform other operations
The electrical control cabinet is designed with good mechanical
properties and dustproof performance. The power cabinet and
operation cabinet are equipped with dedicated air inlet and outlet
cooling designs and are equipped with appropriate forced cooling

The whole machine adopts PLC to coordinate and control the
