1.Application:
This machine is mainly used for the stranding of 7-core steel wire.
The appearance of the machine is designed by professionals,
breaking the conventional production process, with atmospheric
appearance, stable high-speed operation and low noise.The whole
machine is driven by sub motor and operated by man-machine
interface color touch screen. PLC is used to coordinate and manage
the start, inching and normal stop of the unit to ensure
synchronous performance. The unit operates stably and the electric
control system is advanced.

4.2.11 installation mode (patent): end shaft type, air cut clamping
coil, air inflation loosening coil, pneumatic mechanical locking,
interlocking of clamping and locking linkage, safe and stable, not
easy to throw out, convenient for loading and unloading coil. The
coil is lifted into the cradle with the help of the aerial vehicle
in the workshop.
4.2.12 The setting out of I-shaped wheel in the cradle adopts
"hysteresis" tension device, and the tension value adopts digital
display. The tension is adjusted by the stop knob in the cradle,
and the tension range is 2kg ~ 20kg. It is installed on the manual
operation surface, which is convenient for micro adjustment and is
not easy to fail. At the same time, the start stop switch is set,
and the original value is memorized after the power is cut off and
restarted (that is, the tension is adjusted after the power is cut
off, and the original value is memorized after the power is turned
on again).
4.2.13 the setting out frame is made of integral cast steel, with
high machining accuracy, high mechanical strength and durability.
4.2.14 the double protection function of "ring touch type" broken
wire parking is respectively added at the outlet end of the main
engine and under the side of the cylinder, which is convenient for
the automatic parking after the line is broken and finished. It is
easy to operate and compensate the core in time. The power-off
protection tube increases the strength and is firmly fixed to avoid
falling off.
4.2.15 The cylinder adopts 2 + 2 + 2 three section and whole pipe
bearing structure. The support frame at the pay off inlet end is
supported by double row roller self-aligning bearing, and a set of
thrust bearing is added to ensure the bearing capacity of axial
movement of the cylinder. The middle and outlet end are supported
by three groups of large bearings with flange butt joint and
bearing core to connect the pipe body, which is convenient for
maintenance and disassembly. The large bearing adopts cylindrical

4.2.16 new oil air lubrication (patent); separate oil pump motor
centralized oil supply, with cooling system, thin oil lubrication,
labyrinth seal, with dual functions of lubrication and cooling,
independent oil tank, underground installation, small floor area,
clean working condition.
4.2.17 monitoring and protection: the main engine is equipped with
protection functions such as large bearing high temperature
monitoring, lubricating oil flow monitoring, etc., which can
automatically stop the machine in case of overrun operation, and
prompt in the man-machine interface, so as to avoid damaging other
hardware in bad state operation and get timely maintenance
4.2.18 the cylinder is made of thick wall steel pipe. The internal
stress shall be eliminated before processing and the dynamic
balance shall be corrected after processing. The opening deviation
of each cylinder must be less than or equal to 2mm in the same axis
and circumferential direction. The cylinder body is reserved with a
maintenance and inspection port for the electromagnetic slip ring,
so as to facilitate the later maintenance.
4.2.19 braking form: plane air compressor braking device is
adopted; unified coordination by PLC: variable frequency motor
controller, braking resistor, air compressor, etc. jointly complete
the slow stop, fast stop, emergency stop and other operations of
the whole machine. Ensure the synchronization of the whole machine.
4.2.20 the main machine adopts external wiring mode, with 15mm
through wire hole and multiple alloy nozzles or guide wheels to
make the wiring more smooth, without bending, scratching and job
hopping.
4.2.21 the main engine rear support seat, middle and outlet end
large bearing seat are gray iron castings with EPC process, which
can fully absorb vibration, reduce noise and have beautiful
appearance.
4.2.22 the main engine adopts the form of rear drive, and the
cylinder does not bear the torque to fully avoid the cylinder
cracking. Toothed belt transmission can effectively avoid loss of
rotation and ensure stable and even lay distance.
4.2.23 the cylinder body is installed on the integral welding base.
The base is made with the help of a special platform. After
annealing treatment, it is finished by a large gantry milling
machine at one time. It has high mechanical strength, convenient
installation and high concentricity.
