Ⅰ Product description

Creosote wood pole treatment plant is mainly used to treat creosote wooden pole, and is suitable for non-water soluble pharmaceuticals such as creosote oil. This machine equipped with heating system, the heat source can be provided by a thermal oil furnace or a steam boiler. If the customer's company does not have a boiler, we can also provide it for you.

Ⅳ Technology Process

1. Initial vacuum ,before add creosote ,begin initial vacuum,the purpose is to extract air cell ,reduce the resistance when the creosote entry into the wood/wood poles,in order to immerse better wood/wood poles The vacuum degree is 79.8-90kpa ,the time is up to product requirement.

2. Add creosote . In the vacuum state ,we add creosote ,and there is liquid level with storage tank ,after fill of the creosote oil .stop the valve.

3. heat stage ,open open button to heat creosote oil to dilute it.

4. Increase pressure : increase pressure into 1.0-1.4Mpa ,then keep pressure.

5. Discharge pressure and discharge creosote ,open the valve ,let the creosote oil come back to storage tank ,when it get liquid gauge level min limited , stop the valve.

6. Final vacuum ,open the vacuum system ,to extract the rest creosote oil ,reduce dropping liquid

7. take out of wood/wood poles.

4. The galvanized sheets which will not rust in ten years welded and fixed around the equipment and built in insulation cotton to ensure make full use of heat energy. The thickness of the insulation cotton is 50mm. Reduce heat loss and save energy and reduce processing costs.
