Description:

The RDCS is a slow closing check valve with hydraulic cushion. The bottom of the body is equipped with micro-resistance slow closing device, when the pump stops, the disc will fall quickly, before full closure about 15% of the trip ,the disc will close slowly through the special device without water hammer happened. The RDCS is suitable for use in clean water and sewage system.

Features:

.Rubber disc adopts NBR/EPDM fully encapsulated method, that can provide better sealing and corrosion protection.

.Nylon lining into the disc to strengthen it, that can avoid fracture.

.The disc is located on the upper part of the fluid after opening the valve and can reduce damage.

.All cast iron parts are coated with epoxy.

.Simple design, easy opening the upper bonnet to do clean, replace, and maintain work.

.Complies with BS EN1074-3,BS4504, and BS EN558 distance of faces.

General Applications:
For general water supply, fire fighting,HVAC/ cooling & sewage system.

Usually installed at the pump outlet.

AFC has built it’s own in house reliability test laboratory to ensure that our products not only meet the international quality and reliability test specification such as the EN-1074-1/2 T-key and R-key test, but also comply to various international valves standards and specifications.

and UL for gate valve.
