Spill Free Sewage Air Release Valve For Wastewater , Fushion Bonded Epoxy Coated

Functions:

Combination kinetic air release valve provide 3 functions:

1. Large air release

1-1. During filling the pipeline, float will stay at its original position. (open)

1-2. Let large air out of valve thru big nozzle.


2. Small air release

2-1. When the water level comes up to the top, float will be up to its close position and close the sealing arc- big orifice and small orifice.

2-2. The air (2% of solved air in water ) are continuously coming out from water and gather at the top of the valve.

2-3. The float will be driven down and let small pocket out thru small orifice.

2-4. The sealing arc will still be in close position until empty of water


3. Large air intake during draining of the pipeline.

3-1. Float will drop down when empty of pipeline.

3-2. Large air will come into the pipeline thru valve.

3-3. Preventing from collapse of pipeline and break vacuum.

3-4. Protect the sealing o-ring from clogging in the pipeline.

. Drain boss at the top & bottom for cleaning.

. Float movement support by both cage and body guide
. Fast water rising on the back of middle part, prevent direct flushing up to top and out of main body.

. No arms or levers to prevent vibrating, bending, direct closure of the fl oat.
. Fully fusion epoxy coated inside and outside of valve body for long term services.
. Manufacturing standard : BS EN1074-4, AWWA C512
. Flange drilling and dimension : BS EN 1092 and BS EN 558 and ANSI flange.

• 100% -full flow area thru the valve internal.
• Can blow off the water on top of the sealing arc thru small orifice and keep it dry to prevent polluted water coming into pipeline during vacuum.
• Most parts of valves can be recycled.
• All internal parts are 316SS material without rusting.
• Float with a rubber sealing can be as an absorber to prohibit water hammer direct acting on the sealing arc and seat impact.
