120Khz Low Power Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle Coating Technology

Description:

120Khz Low Power Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle Coating Technology is a device in atomization equipment that obtains high-energy and high-speed atomization medium, and is also a key component that plays an important role in atomization efficiency and stability of atomization process. Its function is to control the flow rate and flow pattern of the atomizing medium, effectively crushing liquid metal and producing powders with specific properties. The atomizing nozzle is actually a converter that converts the kinetic energy of high-pressure gas into energy on the metal surface. The nozzle is made of high-strength titanium alloy and other proprietary metals, making them particularly resistant to chemical corrosion and providing superior acoustic performance. The commonly used types of ultrasonic nozzles include wide area type, wide width type, scattering type, gathering type, probing type, line spraying type, and vortex type. Ultrasonic atomizing nozzles are designed to meet different applications.

Ultrasonic Membrane Electrode Coatings :

The membrane electrode prepared by ultrasonic spraying method has high automation, high efficiency, low manufacturing cost, and can meet the requirements of quantitative production. The utilization rate of platinum in the membrane sprayed by ultrasonic can reach about 90%, reducing material consumption and thus saving the use of expensive catalyst ink.

The ultrasonic coating system can produce highly durable and uniform carbon based catalyst ink coatings during the electrolysis process of fuel cells and proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolyzers such as Nafion, without causing membrane deformation. When depositing homogeneous catalyst coatings on PEM fuel cells, GDLs, electrodes, various electrolyte membranes, and solid oxide fuel cells, a spray suspension containing carbon black ink, polytetrafluoroethylene binder, ceramic slurry, platinum, and other precious metals is required. Other metal alloys, including metal oxide suspensions in platinum, nickel, iridium, and ruthenium fuel cell catalyst coatings, can also be manufactured through ultrasonic spraying to produce PEM fuel cells, polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) electrolytes, DMFC (direct methanol fuel cells), and SOFC (solid oxide fuel cells), resulting in high load and high cell efficiency.
