High Frequency 120K Ultrasonic Atomizing Nozzle Spraying
Description:
The 120K ultrasonic atomizing nozzle disperses water or liquid under the high-frequency vibration of ultrasonic waves, forming tiny particles ranging from 10 μ m to 35 μ m. Unlike the traditional spray head, which relies on pressure and high-speed movement to crush the liquid into small particles, the ultrasonic spray head uses higher frequency and lower ultrasonic vibration energy to atomize the liquid. The liquid can be delivered to the spray head through its own gravity or low-pressure liquid pump to achieve continuous or intermittent atomization. During the ultrasonic spraying process, the droplet size and distribution can be precisely controlled, allowing very small droplets and particles to evaporate quickly, resulting in particles with high specific surface area and forming thin film coatings. The size of atomized particles in ultrasonic nozzles is basically a function of the operating frequency, and the higher the frequency, the smaller the atomized particles.

Advantages :
1. Non clogging ultrasonic spraying technology;
2. Highly controllable and repeatable spray;
3. The coating is durable and will not peel or detach;
4. Be able to conduct spray at the flow rate of μ L/h;
5. Low speed spray can be attached to the substrate without rebound
or overspray;
6. Droplets as small as tens of micrometers (when using organic
solvents) have a very uniform distribution;
