Wide Area 60Khz Ultra Nebulizer Function Coating
Description:
The 60Khz ultrasonic wide range atomization nozzle is a type of
nozzle that utilizes ultrasonic technology at a frequency of 60kHz
to produce a wide range atomization effect. Compared with
conventional atomizing nozzles, wide range nozzles can produce a
wider range of atomized particles, thus achieving a wider range of
spray coverage.
The 60Khz ultrasonic wide range atomizing nozzle is usually used
for applications requiring a wide range of spray, such as
industrial spraying, large-area cleaning, agricultural spray, etc.
By using 60kHz ultrasonic oscillation, the wide nozzle can disperse
the liquid into larger atomized particles, allowing it to cover the
target area more widely during spraying.
When using the 60kHz ultrasonic wide range atomizing nozzle, the
spray particle size, spray range and spray volume can be controlled
by adjusting the frequency and amplitude of ultrasonic oscillation
and the design parameters of the nozzle to meet different
application needs.

Ultrasonic Spraying Technology is usually suitable for the following types of Coating :
1. Waterborne coatings: Ultrasonic spraying technology is very
suitable for water-based coatings. Waterborne coatings typically
have lower viscosity and surface tension, which makes them more
susceptible to ultrasonic atomization and dispersion.
2. Solvent based coatings: Some types of solvent based coatings can
also be compatible with ultrasonic spraying technology. However,
due to the high viscosity and surface tension of solvent based
coatings, appropriate adjustments and optimizations may be
necessary to ensure spraying effectiveness and coating quality.
3. Certain special coatings: Ultrasonic spraying technology can
also be used for certain special coatings, such as powder coatings
and nano coatings. These coatings can be better atomized and
dispersed under the action of ultrasound, achieving more uniform
and accurate coating applications.
However, ultrasonic spraying technology is not suitable for all
types of coatings, especially those with high viscosity and surface
tension. These coatings may require higher pressure or other
spraying techniques to achieve effective application.
Therefore, when selecting coatings, it is recommended to
communicate and consult with coating suppliers or ultrasonic
spraying equipment manufacturers to determine the most suitable
spraying technology for specific coatings and applications.
