The ultrasonic wide width atomizing nozzle adopts a special airflow channel design and is a type of ultrasonic atomizing nozzle that can spray a large area. Ultrasonic nozzles use piezoelectric transducers to convert high-frequency sound waves into mechanical energy and perform longitudinal high-frequency vibration. This vertical upward and downward motion generates standing waves in the liquid film at the top of the ultrasonic nozzle.
