Ultrasonic mask welding is to transmit high frequency vibration to the mask non-woven fabric to achieve the connection. When the mask non-woven fabric material passes between the ultrasonic welding heads, vibration will be generated on the non-woven fabric and heat will be quickly generated. This heat causes the synthetic fibers of the nonwoven fabric to melt and solidify, creating a seam that will not be worn or torn apart, completely replacing the traditional hand stitching.
