Plant to Convert Food Waste to Bio-Organic Fertilizer
Introduction for Plant to Convert food waste to Bio-Organic
Fertilizer
The organic fertilizer Granule production line project with an hour
output of 5ton planned by our company is a process of producing
organic fertilizer by granulating organic waste after microbial
fermentation. It is a high-tech project with significant economic
and environmental benefits. At the request of your company, this
plan is specially formulated for reference.
Technical Process for Plant to Convert food waste to Bio-Organic
Fertilizer
The entire production line is mainly used to process materials (cow
dung, sheep dung, pig dung, chicken dung, sludge, rice straw, corn
straw) and other animal manure organic waste after fermentation and
decomposing, which contains about 30%-35% moisture content. After
crushing and sieving, the binder (bentonite, humic acid) and other
ingredients that need to be proportioned are measured in the
batching mixing system according to the proportioning requirements.
(Adding functional bacteria can produce biological organic
fertilizer, adding nitrogen and phosphorus , Potassium (the total
nutrient content is less than 15%) can produce organic and
inorganic fertilizer) dosing, mixing, the fully mixed material is
uniformly and continuously fed into the granulator by the belt
conveyor, and then rounded into spherical particles by the
polishing and shaping machine. After drying at low temperature and
high air volume by dryer (≤65ºC), it is cooled and sieved. The
finished particles are conveyed to the finished product silo by
belt, and are measured and packed into storage by the computerized
quantitative packaging system.
Description for Plant to Convert food waste to Bio-Organic
Fertilizer
1. The equipment equipped with the system must be suitable for the
smooth operation requirements of the assembly line and the
following equipment technical requirements;
2. All motors adopt national standard copper wire;
3. The reducer adopts the national standard heavy duty;
4. The materials and equipment involved in this plan must be
manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the national
standard;

the total quotation;
How to Produce High Quality Organic fertilizer?
1st Step: De-watering process to low the moisture of the raw
materials to be 50-60% by using De-watering machine or mixing dry
grass or straw powder;
2nd Step: To mix the biological fermentation bacteria agent with
the raw materials by using Wheel Loader or Forklift (we can provide
the technology and fermenting bacteria agent.);
3rd Step: Aerobic fermentation by using Compost turner (Mobile type
and Fixed type);
4th Step: Crushing the fermentation cake by using Single-level or
Double-Level Vertical crusher or Horizontal crusher;
5th Step: Separating the crushed ready compost by using the Rotary
Drum Screener;
6th Step: Mixing with other required components by using the
Double-Shaft Mixer or Single-Shaft Mixer;
7th Step: Packing the ready powder organic fertilizer by the
Packaging machine;
Till now, we already get the qualified powdery organic fertilizer.
If you need to produce the granule or pellet fertilizer, we can do
as below steps:
8th Step: Granulating or Pelletizing the powder fertilizer by using
Disc Type Granulator, Rotary Drum Granulator, Organic-Compound Drum
Granulator, Double Roller Granulator, Flat die Pellet mill, Ring
Die Pellet mill;
9th Step: Drying the ready granule or pellet to be correct moisture
depending on the different customers` requirements by using the
Rotary Drum Dryer;
10th Step: Separating the different size Granular or pellet as
different customers` requirements by using the Rotary Drum
Screener;
11th Step: Cooling the separated granular or pellet bio-organic
fertilizer by using the Rotary Drum Cooler;
12th Step: Coating the cooled granular or pellet bio-organic
fertilizer by using the Rotary Coating machine, the coat can be dry
powder or liquid;
13th Step: Packing the ready granule or pellet organic fertilizer
by the Packaging machine;
14th Step: Palletizing the bags on the pallets by using the
Palletizer.
