Product Description
As chicken manure has the characteristics of high humidity and stickiness, our rotary dryer is optimized based on the conventional rotary dryer, making it more efficient in handling high humidity and sticky materials. The dryer has a higher diameter/length ratio, a unique flight distribution and shape, and an effective internal crushing mechanism.
Livestock manure is rich in nutrients and trace elements and is a good organic fertilizer. Developing livestock manure into compound organic fertilizer not only turns waste into treasure, but also reduces environmental pollution and prevents the spread of diseases, with good economic and social benefits. Working Principles
Cow dung: Cow dung has an organic matter content of 14.5%, N:
0.30-0.45%, P: 0.15-0.25%, K: 0.10-0.15%, and is a soil fertilizer
with high utilization value. Cow dung has the lowest organic matter
and nutrient content compared to livestock and poultry manure, and
is a slow-release fertilizer. 2.
Pig dung:
Pig dung has an organic matter content of 15%, and the total
nutrient content is not high, N: 0.5-0.45%, P: 0.6%-0.5%, K:
0.35-0.45%. Pig dung has a fine texture and complex composition,
containing protein, fat, organic acid, cellulose, hemicellulose and
inorganic salts. Pig dung contains more nitrogen, carbon, and
nitrogen ratio (14:1). It is generally easily decomposed by
microorganisms.
3. Chicken manure:
Chicken manure is rich in nutrients, including: dry matter: 89.8%,
crude protein: 28.8%, crude fiber: 12.7%, digestible protein:
14.4%, nitrogen-free extract: 28.8%, phosphorus: 2.6%, calcium:
8.7%, histidine: 0.23%, methionine: 0.11%, leucine: 0.87%, lysine:
0.53%, phenylalanine: 0.46%. After proper processing and
utilization, it can become a good green organic fertilizer or
chicken feed. Chicken manure, as farmyard manure, has a higher
fertilizer efficiency than pig manure and cow manure. Each ton of
sticky chicken manure contains plant nutrients: N: 11.35kg, P
(P2O5): 10.44kg, K (K2O): 5.45kg.
In addition, chicken manure contains a large amount of organic
matter and can also be used as a raw material for biogas.
Process flow:
1. Fermentation process: The initial stage of the production line
is organic fermentation. In the preparation stage, the compost will
be sent to the mixer for tumbling and mixing to further improve the
efficiency of the fermentation speed.
2. Crushing process: This process uses a crusher to crush the compost blocks to prepare for the granulation process. If the compost fermentation efficiency is good and there is no agglomeration, this step can be omitted.
3. Quantitative batching process: If multiple materials need to be
added during the processing, in order to improve the processing
efficiency and the accurate proportion of the ingredients during
the processing, an automatic batching system can be used. The
system contains multiple quantitative belt scales. If pure organic
fertilizer is produced, this step can be omitted. 4.
Granulation process: Disc granulator (also known as rotary drum
granulator) is widely used in fertilizer granulation. As the core
step of the production line, our equipment can automatically screen
out the most suitable particle shape according to customer needs.
After the fertilizer is granulated, the fertilizer can be released
to maintain its fertility, greatly reducing the number of
artificial fertilization. 5.
Drying process: In order to reshape the particle shape and
facilitate storage, the humidity of the fertilizer should not
exceed 14%. Rotary drum dryer is widely used in the drying of
fertilizer granules.
6. Cooling process: In order to increase the hardness of fertilizer particles, fertilizer particles need to be cooled after drying. The drum cooler can meet this demand.
7. Screening process: Use the drum screener to screen out the particles of appropriate size, and the fertilizer particles that are too small or too large are re-crushed and re-granulated.
8. Coating process: Use a drum coating machine to coat the fertilizer particles to prevent the particles from sticking together.
9. Packaging process: The packaging process is the final stage of the entire factory. Generally speaking, it is more efficient to use automatic packaging machines for bag sales.
10. Dust removal system: Ashes and dust from the entire production line will be collected.
11. Supporting equipment: such as belt conveyor, bucket elevator, etc.
