Working principle

An electric motor is driving the belt, then transmit to a pair of high-pressure rollers together with sliding housing through the reducer to do relative work. The double rollers of the DZJ-I fertilizer granulator machine interact with the relative work of the open gear, and the two roll of the DZJ-II granulator machine is directly driven by the two pcs of discharge axes on a special reducer to achieve the purpose of extrusion molding.

When the raw material enters into the hopper, being extruded and molded through the high-pressure roller body, and then flows to the break molding workshop in the lower part of the roller body after demolishing. The driving force of the crushing molding is that the chain wheel of the active roller shaft is driven by the chain to a pair of breaking rollers to carry out the relative motion, and the breaking roller is sieved in the workroom, and the finished particles are out of the machine through the screener to the discharge slot.
