Brief introduction

Working principle

1. The disk pre-water granulator is in the raw material into the disk granulator before adding an appropriate amount of water (generally between 11-15% of the dry powder in the mixer), in the form of spray to join the mixer, and then fully stirring penetration, so that the raw material particles evenly attached to the water, and adhere to each other into particles, the core is a part of the diameter of 1-2mm. Because the ball wall and fine powder are wet, a large number of balls and powder rolling in the disk granulator are easy to adhere to, and the ball diameter grows rapidly. When the diameter of the ball grows to a certain size, beyond the area of the ball, stay in the area for a little roll can be obtained.

2. Disk granulator is mainly composed of disk body, cleaning device, main bearing part, main transmission device, Angle adjustment device, frame and other components.
