The cow manure organic fertilizer production line is mainly divided
into: the pre-fermentation treatment stage and the post-processing
granulation stage.
Collect cow dung and cow urine, mix with hay and decaying silage to
make compost, and let it ferment. In the fermentation process, the
pile turning machine is used to fully ferment the cow dung, which
can only be achieved by turning the pile in time and evenly. Now
some places are very dry and some places are very wet, which will
affect the quality of fermentation.
Part of the processing equipment for the early fermentation is:
fermentation turning machine, organic fertilizer grinder, drum
screening machine and other equipment.
After being fermented in an environmentally-friendly special
fermentation tank, it is fermented by a fermentation turning and
throwing machine, crushed by an organic fertilizer grinder, and
sieved by a sieving machine. After being fully fermented and
decomposed in the fermentation tank, it enters the latter stage of
granulation.
The granules produced after granulation are spherical. After the
cow dung organic fertilizer production line is processed by the
organic fertilizer granulator, the organic content can be as high
as 100%, realizing the granulation of pure organic matter.
Utilizing the feature that organic particles can grow up inlaid
with each other under a certain force, no binder is needed when
granulating. The processed organic fertilizer particles are solid
and can be sieved after granulation, reducing drying energy
consumption. The organic matter after fermentation does not need to
be dried, and the moisture content of the raw material can be
20-40%.
The granulation production part is: mixing mixer, organic
fertilizer granulator, rotary dryer, cooling machine, drum
screening machine, coating machine, automatic weighing and
packaging machine.
No. | Category | Raw materials list |
1 | Agricultural waste | straw, dregs of beans, cotton dregs, rice bran, biogas waste, mushroom waste, etc. |
2 | Animal waste | slaughterhouse waste, fish market waste, urine and dung of chicken, pig, cattle, sheep ducks, geese, goat, etc. |
3 | Industrial waste | wine lees waste, vinegar waste, manioc waste, sugar waste, etc. |
4 | Home waste | food waste, bones, the roots and leaves of vegetables, etc. |
5 | Mineral | humic acid, bentonite, dolomite, etc. |
6 | Sludge | river sludge, pond sludge, sewage sludge, city sludge, etc. |
1. Rich in resources, the raw material resources of the organic
fertilizer production line are very rich.
2. High-quality fertilizer
Taking livestock manure and urine as an example, the final urine
excreted by a pig in one year can be combined with litter to make
2000-2500kg organic fertilizer, which contains 11%-12% organic
matter, 0.45% nitrogen, 0.19% phosphorus pentoxide, and oxidation
Potassium is 0.6%, which is enough for the annual fertilizer
consumption of one mu of land. These organic fertilizers are rich
in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other nutrients, with a
content of more than 6% and an organic content of more than 35%,
which are all higher than the national standard.
3. High output
For example, a cow manure organic fertilizer production line with
an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons can process about
150,000 tons of cow manure per year.
4. Large market demand
The granulated organic fertilizer is a refined commercial organic
fertilizer, which creates profits for the enterprise. Moreover,
bio-organic fertilizers are widely used in various fields such as
farmland, fruit trees, flowers, landscaping, lawns, and soil
improvement, and have good effects.
