Technical Flow
(1) Mixing
Separate wet feces with a moisture content of more than 80% or mix
them with reflux material and biomass in a certain proportion to
achieve a suitable moisture content (65%-70%) and looseness to
ensure the looseness and air permeability of the material Meet the
requirements of fermentation.
The reflux material is the product after fermentation treatment,
which is rich in a large number of thermoaerobic bacteria, which is
used as a source of bacteria to mix with fresh feces. Biomass
adopts organic wastes such as straws according to the local
conditions of the project, which is mainly used to adjust the
moisture content and looseness of wet manure to ensure that the
mixture has the best conditions for bacterial propagation.
(2) Loading
The mixed materials are loaded into the hopper of the equipment by
the loader, and the hopper is lifted and poured into the
fermentation bin by the automatic feeding device and the feeding
port to complete the automatic feeding process.
(3) Thermophilic aerobic fermentation
After the start of the fermentation process, under the condition
that the air blower provides oxygen, aerobic microorganisms
proliferate rapidly, and the temperature of the material rises
rapidly, entering a high temperature period in 2-3 days. Through
the automatic monitoring and control system, the material can be
maintained for 5-7 days in the high temperature stage above 60℃. In
this stage, the organic matter is decomposed, the moisture is
reduced, and the pathogenic bacteria are killed, realizing the
harmlessness and stabilization of chicken manure. One fermentation
process lasts for 7-9 days. After the high temperature period of
the whole fermentation process is completed, the internal mixing
device evenly mixes the materials to further mix the materials in
the entire space and improve the product quality. The equipment is
equipped with a deodorizing device, which collects and processes
the odor generated during the fermentation process and discharges
it without causing secondary pollution to the surrounding
environment.
(4) Utilization of finished products
After the aerobic fermentation process is completed, the moisture
content of the material is maintained between 35%-40%, and it
becomes a brown powder. The material after the fermentation
treatment has reached the stabilization treatment. Part of the
fermented materials are mixed with the original materials as return
materials; the rest are packaged into organic fertilizers or
directly used for soil improvement and landscaping.
(5) Deodorization system
This project adopts aerobic fermentation and composting process,
and the sealed design of the fermentation silo body ensures that
all gases produced during the fermentation process are introduced
into the deodorizing device through pipelines for treatment. Among
them, most of the gases produced in the fermentation process are
water vapor, CO2 and other harmless gases and a small amount of
NH3, H2S. Special deodorizing bacteria are added to the deodorizing
device to biologically decompose harmful gases in the gas.
