The Original Yokogawa Zr22g and Zr802g are single-channel zirconia analyzers designed to function as both oxygen analyzers and high-temperature humidity analyzers. Comprising a probe (ZR22G detector) and a converter (ZR802G), this system delivers precise measurements of oxygen concentration in combustion gases and water vapor in high-temperature processes. The ZR802G converter features a digital display with a user-friendly touchscreen Human Machine Interface (HMI), showing key parameters such as cell temperature, cell electromotive force (emf), oxygen concentration, and humidity. Ideal for monitoring and controlling combustion processes in boilers, industrial furnaces, and high-temperature drying/humidification applications, it enhances productivity and efficiency across diverse industrial sectors.
