The KGD - MQ - 527 Online Biogas Monitoring System is a new - generation biogas monitoring system. It accurately measures the concentration of H2S before and after biogas desulfurization based on Ultraviolet Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (UV - DOAS) gas analysis technology, measures the concentrations of CH4 and CO2 using Non - Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) gas analysis technology, and measures the concentration of O2 by Electrochemical Detection (ECD) method. With a modular sensor design, it can realize continuous online monitoring of biogas components.

To ensure the efficiency of biogas desulfurization equipment, two sampling channels are used before and after the scrubber to monitor the H2S concentration in real - time, effectively preventing excessive H2S from damaging the downstream pipelines and other equipment.
